  • Monitor patient bookings to maximise practice efficiency
  • Monitor recall system and attendance analysis
  • Ensure wellbeing of patients and staff within the practice
  • Market and promote the practice to recruit new patients
  • Review impact of marketing on new patient attendance
  • Communicate with other practices in the area for referrals to specialist clinics
  • Review and increase referrals to specialist clinics
